Fall 2024 - Spring 2025 Tuition options are outlined below.
💰Payment may be paid on the first of each month, or by semester (this option includes a slight discount).💰
Each semester consists of 5 months, or 19 weeks. If you choose to pay monthly, the tuition rate will be the same each month, regardless of how many "teaching" weeks are in it.
Each week consists of a private lesson and workshop.*
When registering for fall/spring lessons, a non-refundable materials fee of $50 will be due. This fee will hold your spot and covers all the books/materials your child will need for the fall/spring. You will not have to go shopping for any books. ;)
*Junior High/High School students may opt to have a 45-min private lesson with NO workshop if there are not enough similar age/level students to form a workshop with.

Buddy Piano Lessons
This is a shared lesson format for very young, beginning students (3-5 year olds) and is conditioned on two students sharing a 45-60 minute lesson/workshop period each week. Students may or may not be related and each is responsible for their portion of the tuition. This structure is uniquely suited to young minds and attention spans. Parent attendance is required for this option.

Missed Lessons Policy
Missed Lessons Policy
If the student misses or cancels a lesson, payment is still due as outlined.
Lessons missed casually will not be made up. There is teacher preparation and a timeslot reserved specifically for your child whether or not she/he is there.
When there are illnesses/conflicts that cannot be avoided, I am happy to offer you the option of a modified lesson through the Vivid Practice app:
Please let me know as far in advance as you can that you have a conflict.
Before the normal lesson time, use the Vivid Practice app to record and send me one (or a few) short videos of your child (the student) practicing/showing me what he/she has been working on for that week. I will watch and update assignments on the app during your normally scheduled lesson time.
If you are missing because of illness and your child is too sick to get to the piano to make a video to send me, you can still let me know and I will record some "teaching videos" for your child to access in the app.
If the teacher misses or cancels a lesson, a makeup will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time, (or you will be offered a credit if a time cannot be scheduled.)
